Files for Korg X5d and 05R/W

Greetings. I will be trying to download midi files ( programs and combinations ) for my Korg X5D and 05R/W.
How do I do this?
How do I set the Korg's to receive the data and such?

To set up the Korg check out JayB's instructions for his patches in Midi format...

He uses the X5 editor or Bome's program (which is good)
The 05R/W is likely to be similar.
MidiOx can load and send System Exclusive files (.syx) and Midi (.mid) files
There are many ways to do what you want.

Thank you for this information. I can see that my M Audio cable is not the right one. I also have a friend who will walk me through this so I'll get it done
