Hello all,

I recently went through the long and tedious process of recording and setting up a NRPN to Midi transformation with a KORG ELECTRIBE EM1.

I have it working now through MidiOX and looking into getting loopbe30 to use multiple virtual ports

BUT

when I started using this map transcription I lost use of my 3x (IN) ports  3x(OUT) ports

and the midi registraring  light on my MIDISPORT 4x4 is permanently on even when the em1 is not being played

Is there something i need to do in midi ox to make 2 synths work at both times?

I need help!!! im getting pissed

Hi

If the LEDs for port A,B and C Midi In and Out are on it is likely that there is a loop(s) and the Midi data is going around in circles
You will have to describe the way the Midi cables are connected (does it stop being on if you disconnect certain Midi plugs?)

You will also have to describe the way you have connected things in the MIDI Port Routing window.

You might also like to look at the Options / Midi Filter dialog
Put a check in the System Realtime
Check the "Filter out data.." and "Apply FIlter to Input.." and click OK
Does that turn off any Leds?

All the best
Royce
