Can't map midi notes for 3 seconds

Hey everyone,
I just bought a new MIDI Usb 2.0 cable for my YAMAHA YPT-220 digital keyboard. I plugged it to my PC which is Lenovo Z-570. Thing is the notes getting stucked forever and can't initiate another note for a long time like ~3 seconds.
From MIDI-OX side when I play a note on my keyboard "Note On" message is sent but it is not receiving "Note Off". It stucks at Note On if I don't send Note Off(I remove my finger from pushed note) after like 3 seconds.
I want to be completely clear about if the problem is caused by hardware or not.
From another side when I look my Raw Input Monitor i can see that Timing Clock and Active Sensing messages flows rapidly. Could that delay be caused because of that? I mean it sends 50-100 messages per second and maybe it can interrupt my actual note messages?

If yes, then it is likely to be at fault. I wish some one would recycle them all. They are just rubbish.
If you can't return it, cut off the Midi cables, buy two 5 pin 180 degree DON plugs and make a couple of Midi leads.
There are two problems the USB interface could be a dud, but also the Microsoft driver that is included with windows is single client and very limited in its handling of sysex.
Don't feel bad, but this is an common problem for many new Midi users.
So invest any Midi interface that has has it's own driver (ie comes with a CD or the driver can be downloaded).
Any recent synth, controllers or interfaces from Roland, Yamaha, M-Audio - Midisport, Behringer, Korg or Novation.
I don't have any experience with Kurtzweil gear.
Just be careful of equipment manufactures that say 'No drivers required' as this is likely to cause you greif in the long term.

I bought DigitalLife MIDI cable which say no drivers requiered but I'm thinking it's not because of cable.
There is a melody player button on my keyboard which play some preset chords. When I press it while my cable is plugged all the data transmitting perfectly. (which is through another port 9-10 so actual notes that I play are transferred from port 1) And even while these notes are transferring my pressed notes from port 1 flow faster than normal. There is still loss of notes but the delay is like ~0.5s from ~3sec.
Kinda weird situation. I guess it is from keyboard..

Your interface is a single Midi port so I assume you are talking about Midi Channels 9-10 for the melody (and perhaps drums on 10?) while your keyboard playing comes out on channel 1

Turn off the melody and just slide the palm of you hand up and down the keyboard to play as many notes as fast as you can.
The Channel 1 notes should come pouring in and on the the MidiOx viewer with no gaps.
The number on the left is a input timing mark - in milliseconds
If there are gaps then either the keyboard can't keep up or the Midi interface doesn't have enough buffer memory inside it.
I have more faith in the Yamaha being fast enough.
I still think that the interface is your problem.
Even if it is OK, if you want to use large system exclusive messages you could be in trouble because of the Microsoft driver it uses.
Can you take the keyboard to a friend or to a music store and see if you get the same result with their different Midi interface?
