Hi I thought someone else might reply to this as I don't run Win11. The MidiOx application is 32Bit and written in Microsoft C (I think). It has worked for me for all versions up to Win10 so I see no reason why it wouldn't in Win 11. No one has complained as I recall and it is used by quite a few Midi hardware developers like Conductive Labs to build and test their machines. It is free and safe so I would download it and give it a try. Some folk had problems with MidiYoke (but not for me) an easy fix is to just use loopMidi instead with MidiOx. I hope that helps. Confirmed, MIDI-OX on W11 works fine. Another virtual cable option is LoopBe1/30 depending on the MIDI client(s) you're using. See my post were I've tested many combinations.
