I've installed this program downloaded from this site today into my Windows XP Pro SP3 PC.

I'm logged into it as adminstrator.

I installed it OK, rearranged my icons and did a save desktop layout.

But after a reboot, the icons were back to their original pre-install state.

Any clues why?

I wonder if I am misunderstanding how it is suppose to work. :-)
Doesn't it run at login of a user and restore the icons to their correct saved position if they have changed? :-)

No. It is designed to be run only when necessary. To restore, right-click on the desktop and choose: Restore Desktop
