Hi Jamie,

Great work, thank you.

I'm working with the "old" DOS batch commands (http://dosbatchsubs.sourceforge.net/)
It would be great to have 2 new options:

1. "DesktopCmd /Show"
which could write the current configuration to the console out like
"Monitor [1280 x 1024]"

2. DesktopCmd /Save /F "..."
DesktopCmd /Restore /F "..."

which could save/restore the icon positions to something like "Monitor [1280 x 1024].DTR"

This would be a very "nice to have" feature for desktop users normally using the notebook's default resolution or another resolution with an external monitor.

We could do something like that. In keeping with traditional command line stuff we usually only put switches ('/') before parameter options, not commands.
