I need help in this:

i want in MIDIOX set CC increments in between a MIN and MAX (1-127 or whatever). In this way i can use a momentary push button to "travel" values in between the MIN and Max. Im using a tool that calls "rejoice" that function like a Joystick to midi converter. Is a little software that in the GUI have this posibillity!...i didnt found the same in MIDI ox :((

PLEASE!!! can i do that hat??? ..and how??? i dont know nothing about scripting!.
