help, I can't find the add hardware wizard in the control panel/performance and maintenance/system/hardware it only shows device manager! is there another way to install...

On XP Pro, you want Control Panel -> Add Hardware.

Switch to Classic View (top hyperlink on left) and choose Add New Hardware.
