I just downloaded the latest MIDIYOKE version NT 1.71 specifically for XP.  I then follow the installation instructions to add Midiyoke as a driver.  I get to the point where I am supposed to find the OEMSETUP.INF file.  I can not find it anywhere on my computer!!  I removed the program and downloaded it again for giggles, and still couldn't find the OEMSETUP.INF file.  Therefore, I can't complete the installation.  Please help!

By default the OEMSETUP.INF file is placed in C:\MYINST by the self-extractor.
