Try this:

1) On the MIDI-OX toolbar click on the Filter button (a blue triangle with several lines coming in at the top and one line going out at the bottom).

2) In the Filter dialog click on the button […] at the end of the Control Change line.

3) In the Filter Controllers dialog scroll the list down to the bottom and click on “121-Reset All Controllers” (it becomes highlighted) and click OK.

5) In the Filter dialog place a check mark in the box “Filter out Data as well as Display”, if you want the data to be really filtered out (not just the display). You may want to place some check marks in the channel boxes as well. Click OK.

[Later] Sorry, when you place a check mark in a channel checkbox then all events on that channel will be filtered out. Don’t place any check marks there ;-)

Thanks good2c with your instructions, I've  get to map this event but I believe that I'm doing something wrong because in the output this event is maped and it isn't displayed but it's send yet.
My problem is that when this event is send to my synth all my presets all reset :'(

Thanks

Did you place a checkmark in the checkbox “Filter out Data as well as Display” in the Filter window? It is necessary.
