Hi guys,I'm a new entry from Italy  ;D

The questions are :
1) I must control the Roland sc-88 pro system esclusive with a control change.

2) How can I link 3 control change ( 2 with fix value and 1  
   free)
CC 99 - 00  ( value fix ) + CC 98 - 24  (value fix ) + CC 06 - xx   (value not fix)

The CC 99, and 98 comprise what is known as a NRPN (Non-registered Parameter number) followed by a Data Entry (CC 6).   You can choose to map both To and/or From NRPNs.
