Is it possible - yet - to map a computer keyboard key to CC 96 or 97, thereby incrementing or decrementing (by one) the immediately preceding (also mapped via computer keyboard key) controller value?

Either with or without rolling status?

If so, how? If not, when (and please add my name to the request list)?
