Title: mapping question
Post by fost on May 14th, 2007, 5:17am
hello,
i'm an italian new user of this fantastic tool but i have a question:let's say that i want to re-map one program change(from my pedalboard) into a message that is on/off.
This is a function that  some expensive pedalbord have(like the yamaha mfc 10),easily send tow messages alternatively like "0" and then"127".Is it possible do this with midi OX?

thank you

MIDI-OX Data Mappings have no memory.  However, you can cheat if you're using Program Change - Patch Mapping lets you switch Data Maps.  I'm not sure you could have a Data Map for the Program Change to CC as well as a Patch Map catching the same Program Change.  Give it a go! :)
