I'm currently using Midi ox with a Behringer Fcb1010 for Guitar Rig 2. I was hoping some one could implement the following mapping options:

input: contol change #A (127)
output: control change #B toggle between 0 and 127 every time the input is sent. (a simulated toggle switch)

input: control change #A (127)
output: control change #B 127 only while input is being sent continuously, otherwise 0. (simulated like a momentary switch)

And what would really be cool:
input: continuous control change #A (0-127)
output: control change #B (127 when input values are changing above some cutoff rate, 0 when input values aren't changing).

If there are any genious programmers who could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.
