Title: Convert Key to different Signals
Post by mcbeth1307 on Jul 18th, 2010, 2:16am
I want to do this:
If press a key on my midifootcontroller (sends programmchanges)=> Signal 1 (e.G. NoteOn value 34 /and NoteOff value 34 too) is send
I press the same key again => Signal 2 (e.G. NoteOn value 35 and NoteOff value 35) is send.

Can MidiOX manage this ?

Did you get the previous problem fixed?

Mm, this is more tricky.  And I can't quite remember how to do it... :D

First, set up your two data maps.  Same process as before but this time use the "Save..." button on the "Translation Map" screen to store each map to a file.

Next, set up Patch Mapping to load one of your Translation Map files depending on the PC message received - and make sure "Send Patch through new Map" is checked.

Mmmm... I think that's it.

If you want 128 different mappings, create 128 different mappings.  The Patch Map will load whatever you tell it to.

Once you've created the Data Mappings and saved them, go into the Patch Mapping editor, select the appropriate row, click Assign and select the Data Mapping.
