I know that there is Midi-yoke but is it possible to directly use the joystick in MIDI-OX without any other converter?

Hi
you could probably write a script.
Look in the help section about writing scripts.

Another possibility is Bome's Midi converter.
The free Classic version might have joystick to Midi.
