Title: file or comand to midi yoke Post by zionse on Jun 30th, 2009, 12:54pm Hi everybody, I have a problem with an interactiv installation I want to do and on the research I found this website. I think you are the right ones to help me! Problem: I have a camera with a software that is able to seperate the image in 9 parts. Each part has a own motion detection that triggers a signal. Unfortunately there are a lot of actions that I can not use, like "take a picture" and so on... I need simple midi notes C1 to C9 to trigger an audio sequenzer. In the cameras software I have the possibility to trigger "Run file or comand to execute". Is it probably possible to create a file (like a batch-file) that the software can trigger on motion. The file should be able to give the midi yoke a C1...C9. Thank you very much for help, Sam |

Title: Re: file or comand to midi yoke Post by Jamie OConnell on Aug 2nd, 2009, 10:30am You could use WSH scripting via MIDI-OX to do this. WSH script is built into Windows XP and will run from the command line or 'Run file or command to execute'. |
