When MIDI data is merged, there's no record kept of where it came from.  Each MIDI message contains a Channel Number which is used to identify the target (I think).  If you're sending on different channels, then you can "demultiplex" based on Channel Number.  Otherwise, there's nothing in the data.  I guess you could rig up MIDI-OX to set the channel number at one end depending on which input the message came from and split based on channel number at the other -- but I'll leave that for someone else, I think!

The virtual MIDI Yoke ports are only useful for attaching Software applications together.

The suggestion given is a good one: place each Sequencer instrument on a different MIDI channel, and then configure each Synth on the slave to receive only specified channel information.  You can use MIDI-OX to control which channels are supplied to which synths on the slave PC.

yes but on the master pc I have more than 16 channels (48) on the sequenceur, and I want each  played by a sound; so i have 3 virtuals synth mode omni poly on the slave pc, but each receive all 48 channel !!

In that case, you'll need more than one MIDI port connecting the 2 computers.  A single MIDI port can only address 16 channels. For 48 channels, you'll need a minimum of 3 MIDI ports on each computer and cables connecting them.
