I am trying to perform a sysex dump to a TC-Helicon Quintet. When U try to send the sysex file, the progress bar runs briefly, then stops. I get anm dialog box with the message "Sysex output devices: The port is transmitting data to the device. Wait until the data has been transmitted, and then try again." At that point, the midi ox program stops responding. Can someone guide me thru the correct steps? thanx

That sounds like the data is being transmitted too quickly for the MIDI interface to handle. Open SysEx View and choose SysEx | Configure... Check and set: [x] Delay after F7 [100] Milliseconds. If it continues to give you the message, increase the Milliseconds between buffers.
