Title: Merging Midi
Post by Jimmy on Jan 18th, 2006, 8:29am
Hello,

I currently use FL Studio to make my music.  This only allows for one midi controller at a time.

I own an oxygen 8 and plan to buy a BCF2000.

I have just found this site and the software, and looked at the description....I was wondering what I need to do, to merge the 2 signals so I can use both bits of hardware alongside each other.

To clarify Im not looking at how to set up FL Studio, im quite clear on that....I'm just not sure whether I need midi-ox and midi yoke, whether they are in fact 2 different programs anyway, and how simple this operation would be in regards to your software (whether its possible).

Hope you understand this question

Thanks for any help

MIDI-OX is a MIDI Application.  MIDI Yoke is a MIDI Driver that attaches MIDI applications together. You can use MIDI-OX to Merge your inputs to a single output.  You can use MIDI Yoke to route that single output to FL.
