Hello,
IS it possible for MIDI-OX to start with Windows startup, as minimized in system tray (without showing splash screen) ?

So it is impossible to start MidiOx as minimized ?

You don't say what operating system you are running.
In XP you can right click the MidiOx icon either on the desktop or the Programs menu, and select Properties

In the Shortcut tab there is a drop down box with the label "Run:".
Select "Minimized"

Now when you click this it will be minimized - this is not the same as loaded into the system tray but close.

Splash screen? what splash screen?
