Hi all,
For some reason I can't save custom port names on my new PC - I'm now on Win 7 and set the rights for admin./user to write, etc. I have tried several times to save the profile and snapshot and the custom port names that I use for a MOTU Micro Express just will not save - any ideas???

I really depend on MidiOx for my studio and have used it for several years now - just got a new PC so still trying get back to where I was...... Thanks for any suggestions, etc.!

Anyone out there that has had this problem? Really appreciate any suggestions. I've replaced my PC with a Asus on Win 7 and had to also get a replacement for my audio interface - using an EMU PCIe 1616. Is this a Windows issue? Again, any advice or input is greatly appreciated. MidiOX works, just can't save any custom port names. Thanks!

Same here – everything could be so clearly represented ...

btw. MidiOX is running on a VirtualBox machine / stripped down XP. This seems to be the only thing not really working.

Well - it's somewhat of a relief that I'm not the only one with this issue. Thanks for the reply. I had no issues using the older version with XP SP3. I'm thinking I need to reinstall the older version?

I did go ahead and uninstall the beta and reinstalled the prior version, and yeah! The port names/snapshots are saved! I'm getting some issues with hangs on closing the appl., so I'll post these issues in the "beta bugs" thread list.....
Just relieved that it wasn't something on my PC to try and work out.
