hello, every body:
now I developed a midi controller device, it's belong to USB audio device. On notebook computer, I use "midi-ox (version : 7.0.0.365 or 7.0.2.372)".

the usage condition is :
1) noteboot computers are run "windows xp SP3" or "windows 7 professional".
2) "midi-ox 7.0.0.365 or 7.0.2.372" is use
3) Plug this midi device to USB port of notebook computer

On PC device manager, I can see "USB Audio device" is present, this midi device is detect by "windows OS".

then I run midi-ox, bug present:
1) in some notebook, midi-ox "Options-->MIDI Devices" can't list the device .
2) in some notebook, midi-ox detect the device, but no midi message ( such as "...90 17 7F....") display. ( I press key on device, it send midi message)

3) both midi-ox version "7.0.0.365" and " 7.0.2.372" have these bugs.

these bugs only present in Windows XP , no bug in windows 7.

Anyone can help me? it pazzle me many days. and it's urgent problem to me. thank you very much.

It sounds like the device driver isn't working.
