Hello!

The MIDI data Translation Map window could have two Insert buttons – one labeled Insert and the other one labeled Insert from File (for inserting one translation map into another to effectively create a new and more complicated one)… what do you think?

That capability is already built in. If you click on Load... you'll see a check box labeled [x] Append to existing map. Checking it will have the desired effect.
