Title: Cannot define no. of MIDI ports under XP Post by EvanGR on May 18th, 2003, 3:16pm Hello, I tried installing MIDI-Yoke under Windows XP professional. The installation process goes on fine with one exception, I am not able to set the number of ports installed. The default number is 8, but the area where the number resides in, does not seem to be editable. Any help on this one? |

Title: Re: Cannot define no. of MIDI ports under XP Post by Jamie OConnell on May 20th, 2003, 1:19am MIDI Yoke NT is fixed at 8 ports. In general, MIDI ports are not dynamically configurable under Windows NT, 2000, XP. |

MIDI-OX shows 8 virtual ports and that applet doesn't appear in the control panel in Windows 7 (for some stupid Micro$oft reason). |
