Error opening the dialog in 6.4.8 Beta 6

I’m using Windows 98. When I try to load a map into the Translation Map window in 6.4.8 Beta 6, I get an error message: Error opening the dialog.

Yeah, it looks like every common File Open and Save dialog is hosed.  We'll look into it. Thanks.  Wink
