Cover also the desktop Windows 10 opened programs.

Hello to the developer,
A suggestion to improve further Desktop Restore by not simply covering the icons on the Windows 10 desktop but also the opened programs (location on the desktop and size) that are on the desktop.
Here is why it would be good if Desktop Restore could also support the opened desktop programs (location and size).
For Windows 10 latest update, I have the following turn off modes for my monitor:
1) screen saver: after 10 min, my monitor turns off.
2) turn off the display: after 30 min, my monitor turns off.
3) sleep mode: after 2 hours, my monitor turns off.
I noticed that, when my computer goes in the 2) "turn off display" mode, when I come back from this mode, all the windows of the programs that were opened on the desktop are now all at the top left and reduced in size. Therefore, in this mode, it would be good if an improved Desktop Restore (supporting opened programs on the desktop) could restore automatically all the desktop programs (with their previous location and size) when I log in back from a sleep mode.
Thanks to consider this suggestion to make an improved Desktop Restore program that would not only support icons on the Windows 10 desktop but also any opened programs on the Windows 10 desktop (both location and size of these opened programs).
