Title: Multiple problems with 1.7

1) What was changed in 1.7? The change log stops in 2008

2) Some of the links in the Desktop Restore web page are incorrect (e.g. the link to the forum).

3) I downloaded DesktopRestoreInstall.exe, uninstalled my current installation of 1.6.3, and attempted to install 1.7 (on a WXP/32-bit system). It gave me the following error message:
c:\program files\desktop restore\dkticnsr.dll
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3.
