MidiYoke installation cannot find driver

I am running XP home. I downloaded the NT/XP version of Midiyoke and ran the MidiYokeSetup.msi file which added a midiyoke directory under my C: drive, and added myokent.drv under my Windows/system32 directory. At the end of the hardware installation, I get the error message "Cannot load the MIDI Yoke Junction Driver driver. The driver file may be missing. Try installing the driver again, or contact your system administrator." Any ideas? Thanks Buck

OK, I think I got it. The ports are showing up in my midi software, but I have to go thru my control panel/midi hardware/Legacy to get to the midiyoke control panel. Is there any way to connect a midiyoke port to an external port? Thanks, Buck

| That's one purpose of the MIDI-OX application: choose the MIDI Yoke port as Input and your hardware port as Output. You can run MIDI-OX in the System Tray if you don't need to see the data.
