where is it? i follow this steaps

but when i arrive to the steap of put this: OEMSETUP.INF
my computer dont find... i dont know if is something because i have dissable the internal audio card of my computer... i use only a external audio interface Motu...
Some one can Help me?

Did you download the MANUAL INSTALL version? If not then there's no need to follow the web pictures. If you DID then follow the instructions:
To Install, unzip myokent.zip to a temporary folder (and remember where that is!). Read the extracted myokent.rtf redme file. Install using control panel, Add New Hardware applet or re-install by using the System applet (right-click on MIDI Yoke NT and choose Update Driver...). Double-click on the .reg file to place MIDI Yoke in the control panel.
The zip file contains oemsetup.inf
