Title: is midiox installer totally contained Post by allen.biggins on Jan 20th, 2015, 7:38pm I want to install Midiox on to a Win 7 computer that is not and never will be connected to the internet. Consequently, I need to download a fully contained installer for Midiox on a Linux machine and then moved that installer across to the Win 7 machine and install it. The installer I see isn't very large and I suspect that the installer downloads most of the Midiox program when it runs and of course this isn't of any use to me. Please advise. Allen |

Title: Re: is midiox installer totally contained Post by Breath on Jan 21st, 2015, 6:02pm Allen, MidiOx is small. This is a well crafted piece of kit originally written before the days of program bloat. There are very few pictures and those that are there are mostly small icons. As I recall, I first had it working on a 486 running, I think, Win3 I keep a copy of the installer on my Utilities USB stick and install it on every music PC I come in contact with. All the best Royce |
