When i try to install the program according to the online manual i run into this problem:

To Install MIDI Yoke NT driver in Windows XP Home Edition, you need to navigate to the Control Panel | Performance and Maintenance screen and choose System.   Now choose the Hardware tab:

This is simple and and clear. But then the manual says:
Choose add hardware wizard.

Strnage enough my windowns xp home edition doesn't have this button. Just a button that says 'hardware'. In the next menu there is a list of my already installed hardware. I doesn't give me the opportunity to add new hardware. What am i doing wrong?

Thanx!

In the upper left corner of the Windows Control Panel, press "Switch to Classic View", to get the described interface.  You can switch it back later.  First turn off folders, if necessary.
