DevCaps Out (in my case)

I have a old barebone-PC from MSI (like this http://www.microstar.ru/program/products/slim_pc/slm/pro_slm_detail.php? UID=431) which have integrated sound card without MIDI/Game port. I think there is no hardware in this card to work with MIDI because some programs said that they can't to find "MIDI Mapper".

So after run MIDI-OX this message showed:
http://picasaweb.google.com/Maxim.Korobov/MIDIOXConfig2/photo#5162472104 260874642

* Russian text means as "A device ID has been used that is out of range for your system." Smiley

And the main problem is.. that default setup loads with errors. Everytime when i start MIDI-OX setup loads like this (instead of default setup):
http://picasaweb.google.com/Maxim.Korobov/MIDIOXConfig2/photo#5162472121 440743842

This is my default setup:

Feel the difference Wink Smiley

What can i do to MIDI-OX load default setp correctly?
I can't turn off sound card.

That message occurs after you remove a USB MIDI Device from your system, but you did not un-install the driver.  It is a message reported by Windows.  It is not a MIDI-OX bug.  You will have to manually remove the errant driver or reconnect the hardware that was used by the driver and then uninstall it.

Search the forum (and Google) for related DevCaps messages.

I have added a solution found on the internet as well:
