Not a bug per se. Can you add to the docs for Midi Mapper (perhaps in Mapping|Defining Maps) a bold, italicized, bright red note explaining that if you are trying to map note_off events you must remember that rather than sending the specific midi note-off message, many devices send a note-on with zero volume instead. In this case trying to map the note-off event type in Define Mapping won't do anything - you have to map note-on zero volume. It might save some other old cretin from struggling with this for a couple of hours Pete

Yeah, I'm not likely to forget it again But I think it would be useful to put a note like that in the Mapping section of the Midi-Ox help file because if anyone else runs into problems with mapping, that's the first place they're likely to look. Pete
