Does any body know how to synronize 2 computers with both runnin reason over midi? I use a midi clock to syncronize it ,and it works on one computer put the other doesnt recieve midi sync signals.I have midi yoke and reason 2.5 installed on both pc,s (the general idea is a live act where you can manualy mix 2 computers with both runnin there own reason seqeunsers)connected them over midi (with a yamaha dx21 in between,it works too...) but the second pc doesnt get it.
What am i doin wrong or is this thing just impossible

What are you using to generate MIDI Clock?  Is it on one of the computers or External?  Why would you need to use MIDI Yoke at all for this (i.e. what is it connected to)?

whell, the midi clock is a peace of software that generate,s a same signal as a external midi clock,a signal wich can synchronize hard en software sqeuncer,s ,synth,s etc etc.
that is what i am trying to use it for, caus reason can only act as midi-slave,never as master, the midi clock can,and the first pc,s reason reacts to the clock, and syncs, but the second pc,connected the same way ,tru the game port to eachother with a midi cable, doesnt get a sync signal.people said it would work but it doesnt??
do you know an easy way,or do i have to connect the pc,s in a different way?

ps midi yoke is connected to the clock and reason, infact ,it makes connection to eachother possible.
when i didnt have midi yoke installed, reason wouldnt sync at all to the software midi  clock.

Right.  I understand.  [By the way. MIDI-OX can also generate MIDI Clock.]  Anyway, I understand that on one machine you have some software MIDI Clock using MIDI Yoke to send data to Reason.  To get to the second machine, this software MIDI Clock must also be connected to a hardware  MIDI output port on the first machine, which is then connected via a MIDI cable to a MIDI hardware interface Input on the second machine, which is connected to Reason on the 2nd machine.

Yes, i have them connected with the good old midi cable, here is my actual setupShockedne pc has a cable connected to the midi out, then you have 2 din,s one in ,one out. on the in goes a synth(a yamaha dx21,in the futere it will be replaced for a midi controller, such as the evo uc 33),on the out goes the in-din from the second pc,s midi cable,i think this is the right way,but maybe i cant get that midi clock fixed on the midi out.
Note that the din,are all male,so i had to connect the 2 pc cables wth a both-end female cable.but i dont think that is a problem
