Hi, I downloaded and played with the demo for a few days. It's very nice program and the price is reasonable. So, I purchased a registration. HOWEVER, when checking out I was slapped with a $3.50 "Surcharge". I'm not sure exactly who receives this extra charge but it should be clearly stated in the pricing description BEFORE you go to check out. I'm not saying that everyone shouldn't get their due, but it should be up front in the advertised price rather than surprising you when it comes time to pay! I anxiously await my registration/download email.. ~Tim

I agree. Thanks for pointing this out. It seems US orders since Feb 29, 2009 have been charged this extra fee, and I am trying to find out why, as no advance notice was given. The receipt I get does not show it, but the customer receipt does show it. As this is on top of the commision they already get, I find it completely unreasonable for a $19.95 product. I am hopeful that it is an error. I will update this thread as soon as I hear back, and will possibly switch vendors if it is not resolved to my satisfaction. Can I assume you did receive your download email?

According to SWREG, the $3.50 'processing charge' is for orders paid with PayPal. Furthermore, they claim: "Paypal orders have always carried a processing fee, which is clearly stated on the order page, when the customer selects paypal as their payment option." I understand that that message can be missed by someone in a hurry or whatever. I will make sure that it is stated on our purchase page. Sorry for your surprise on that.
