I purchased HP16C 2.1 from SWREG on 10/28/2011. I had a hard drive crash and lost it. I have my order number. Can I please get another copy?

My emails to support@hp16c.net are not being delivered:
451 4.4.1 timeout writing message to inbound.hp16c.net.namesecuremail.net.: Resource temporarily unavailable <support@hp16c.net>... Deferred
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours Will keep trying until message is 5 days old
