Connect Casio CTK 601 to PC

Hi, I have Casio CTK 601 and a cable connecting joystick port on sound card (15-pin) to the MIDI-IN & MIDI-OUT of the Keyboard and I am using Vanbasco Karaoke player(www.Vanbasco.com) . I want to listen to the output on the keyboard. The Roland MPU-401 listed as output device doesn't create the sound on the Keyboard. Help me !!!

This message has nothing to do with MIDI Yoke so I hope you don't mind my moving it to another section. Try installing MIDI-OX and attach it to the MPU-401 input and output. See if playing the Piano on the 601 send MIDI messages to MIDI-OX. See if turning on the MIDI-OX computer keyboard feature allows sending MIDI data back to the 601 to play sounds. If both of those things work, look at the Karaoke configuration.
