Can't Send Sysex file

Greetings,
I have two trapKat MIDI controllers. I want to save the settings from one and send it to the other.
NOTE: Using Windows XP - I have an Edirol FA101 (firewire) and a Tascam US122 (USB) and have experienced the following problem with both.

~ I am successful in saving the sysex file from my source trapKat, however, when I try to send the sysex file to the target trapKat...nothing happens. MIDI-OX recognizes the MIDI device(s) and initiates the send of the file...but the trapKat doesn't receive anything.

I appreciate any help,

Both interfaces should be okay.

In which case it's down to fiddling with the buffers and timing (under "Sysex->Configure").  I find 128 bytes, 512 buffers has 32ms between buffers has worked -- though it appears I've currently got MIDI OX set to 256 bytes, 16 buffers and 60ms delay.

Make sure that both TrapKats are set to the same device code.  The source device is often encoded in the SysEx message and a different numbered target device may ignore encoded data.  Check the manual to see if that's the case.
