Additional PC keyboaard keys mapped

I am exploring using MIDIOX to control a lighting console, triggering moving light squences. It would be great if somehow the 'ESC' key and 'SPACE' kay would be in the 'keynote.ini' file. 'ESC' would be used to trigger a blackout (A pre-recorded cue 1), and the 'SPC' would be PRG CHG 0 (next cue on the lighting board). Any chance on that happening?

This sounds like a generalized Key Macro facility might be required.
