Add missing MIDI commands

I'm making a new MIDI controller/device and I'm using MidiOx as test software for it.  This is going great except I need a few of the missing (perhaps archaic) MIDI commands.  Or else I haven't figured out how to do it.
 
 - Tune Request (F6)
 - Song Select (F3 ss)
 - System Reset (FF)

You can use the SysEx window to send arbitrary MIDI data (MIDI Scratchpad).
