I'm not sure I understand the question? Installation of MIDI-OX is a 2 step process: 1) download the software from this web-site and choose Save. 2) Double-click on MIDIOXSE.EXE to launch the installer. Try doing that again. To uninstall MIDI-OX, you go to Windows Control Panel Add or Remove Programs and choose MIDI-OX and then choose [Remove]. If the uninstall is some how corrupted, just try re-installing. For MIDI Yoke Install please follow the Links on the MIDI Yoke Page: Install MIDI Yoke Uninstall is similar to Win 2000: MIDI Yoke Uninstall

I am sorry I was not clear. What I did was install MidiOX the install did not take I guess is a way to try to expain it, anyway when I went to add&remove it would not uninstall so I could reinstall. I will download it again and see if I can get it to work. The problem was a corrupt install. I was wondering if you knew a way to uninstall a corrupt install.Hopefully when I reinstall it will repair the original install.

Hope I am doing this right. I replied to myself do not know if that is correct. Anyway I installed MIDIOX again and need to know how to get it into Cakewalk and ACID or how to get them to recognize it and import or transfer MIDIOX. Again I hope I am using correct termonology. What I want is that when I open Cakewalk and look in audio I see MIDIOX as a midi device ready to use. As of now it is not an option or isn't recognized.

MIDI OX isn't a MIDI device. I think you want MIDI Yoke.

There's a different section for MIDI Yoke Installer issues, but anyway... To de-install and remove the MIDI Yoke driver, use the Control Panel | Multimedia applet, [Devices] tab: Select MIDI Yoke 1, and press [Remove]. After you have removed MIDI Yoke, you need to reboot the system.
