is midiox installer totally contained

I want to install Midiox on to a Win 7 computer that is not and never will be connected to the internet. Consequently, I need to download a fully contained installer for Midiox on a Linux machine and then moved that installer across to the Win 7 machine and install it. The installer I see isn't very large and I suspect that the installer downloads most of the Midiox program when it runs and of course this isn't of any use to me. Please advise. Allen

Allen, MidiOx is small. This is a well crafted piece of kit originally written before the days of program bloat. There are very few pictures and those that are there are mostly small icons. As I recall, I first had it working on a 486 running, I think, Win3 I keep a copy of the installer on my Utilities USB stick and install it on every music PC I come in contact with. All the best Royce
