Mapping: Midi Velocity Filter

I wanted to set up a Midi Velocity Filter, to get rid of notes with a velocity less than 120. So only notes between 121 and 127 velocity will be passed to Loopbe1 > Resolume. Here is the setup I currently have in Options>Data Mapping (link below) http://imgur.com/9Oz29fb and unfortunately as you can see via the input/output windows, an input midi note with a velocity of 53 (data2) is still being output to Loopbe1. I am assuming if I was doing this correctly, the output window in MIDI-OX would be blank. Is that correct? Any guidance would be appreciated. I used this as a template http://www.midiox.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=query;action=display;nu m=1399493294
