midi in shows nothing

Hi !
Install midi ox on another computer and now "midi in" shows nothing, I have connected a korg kross and "midi in" does not recognize it, "midi out" if you recognize it, but midi in no. any ideas?

What is the operating system (eg Win10 64)?
