Run restore-icons on Windows startup

Love restore desktop. Let's get that out of the way. It's a lifesaver.  Grin

Is it possible though to force a desktop restore on startup? Some of us are getting our icon positions trashed after each restart (and sometimes even on a wake from sleep). It's no great hardship to have to right-click on the desktop and choose restore, but if I can automate it via startup folder (.bat file or running the dll with a parameter) that would be great.

I see someone else asked here but that thread was purely about command line and I'm opening it up to any method, plus that thread ground to a halt.

I realize that a potential downside of auto-restoring on startup is that any manual repositioning that we've done since the last restore (without having saved) would be nuked, but that's a risk I'm happy to take on.

I just added a post about this.  I'll add images as soon as possible.
