VIRTUAL PORT MIDI

Hello! General need to know as a virtual port in vb, or another language. I happened to comment, I made a program that basically does is take the signal and send a signal joystick to midi cc control any midi bar program with a joystick, I did the pedal (like that of guitar rig)) a, the program works perfect, go with the Amplitube guitar rig and if anyone wants to help in that I explain how I did it, it's easy! now ... The point is that I have to install a program that generates the midi output virtual ports (which are only those who need it) in this case use the midi yoke. The question if anyone can provide information on the script how to generate a virtual port, that way just install my program without dependence on another. thank!
