I have uploaded a new self-extractor for MIDI Yoke NT for those having trouble with install.  The driver also defaults ThreadClass and ThreadPriority to normal levels.  The new self-extractor contains an uncompressed version of MYOKENT.DLL, instead of MYOKENT.DL_.  This has helped at least one person to get the driver installed.
 
If you already have MIDI Yoke NT installed and it's working, you probably don't need the update.
