RT & SX LEDs are also flashing when channel messages are received (or sent out from MIDI-OX) on channel 16

I can't reproduce this: Only channel 16 lamps light up when receiving data amd sending data on channel 16. I do get a steady stream of Active sensing show up in RT, but that's expected.

Yes, I have reproduced this on Win 9x, and fixed it for RC3. Thanks for all your help. RC3 is now uploaded.
