Midi Yoke not seen by 64-bit Cubase

I'm running the 64-bit version of Cubase 4.1.2 under Vista/SP1 on a 64-bit Windows PC. I notice that when running in this configuration, Cubase doesn't see the MIDI ports created by MidiYoke. In contrast, when I run the 32-bit version of Cubase (4.1.3) under the same OS and on the same PC, Cubase DOES see the MIDI ports created by MidiYoke. I'm guessing MidiYoke development may not have had the chance to catch up with 64-bit Vista yet. Any comment or suggestion or work-around?

You are correct in your observations: MIDI Yoke is 32 bit only, but will work fine in XP/Vista 64, but is only available to 32 bit apps.
